Q4. Can I wash me the mask at 60°C?
No, the mask must be washed at 30°C to prevent shrinkage. If you wash the mask at a higher temperature, Jessica Graaf cannot be held liable for any damage or shrinkage that might occur during the wash.

Q1. Where can I purchase these masks?
Yes, the option for self-pick up is available when you choose the option while placing an order online. You can collect your order between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at
Jessica Graaf, Unit 16 Fashion City, Ballymount Rd Upper, Dublin,
Dublin 24, Ireland.

Please Note: Orders can only be collected 24 hours after the order has been placed.

You may pay using Visa, MasterCard credit/debit cards, Maestro cards and PayPal. Your credit/debit card payment will be made through a secure payment portal operated by Shopify.
Q4. Can I pay in my preferred currency?
While our website shows prices in both Euros (€) and Pound Sterling (£), at we only accept payments in Euros (€) the moment. Your currency will automatically convert as per the Euro rate at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Q1. Do you only ship to Ireland and UK?
Shipping is free for 4 or more masks, and costs €2.50 for up to 3 masks.
Refund & Return Policy
Q1. What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
Online Purchases: Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (JG_ONLXXXXX) so that we can look into the matter and further assist you.
Retail Purchases: Please return the damaged item to the place of purchase in exchange for a refund or replacement. This applies to any purchases made from Supervalu, Centra, Pharmacy Groups or Boutique Shops.
Orders sent out through our delivery partner don’t have a tracking code, but should reach you within 7 business days from the date you placed the order. If you have not received your order within the 7 working days, please email us directly at email@example.com and we will be happy to further investigate.
