Q1. Are these medical face-masks?
No, these are not medical grade face masks. Our masks can be used as non-medical barrier masks. Used in conjunction with relevant public health advice, a barrier mask may help to prevent the spread of viral infection. This is not personal protection equipment (PPE) or medical device (MD) under EU law. This mask should only be used in addition to hygiene controls and social distance rules essential to reduce the spread of covid-19.
Q2. How many layers do the masks have?
Our masks consist of 3 layers:

Q3. What is the fabric composition?
All Jessica Graaf masks are made of 100% cotton for everyday use, comfort and breathability.
The composition of ear loop is 97% Polyamide (Nylon) and 3% Elastane.
The plastic earloop adjustors are made of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride).
Size & Features
Q1. What are the sizes and dimensions of the masks?
Jessica Graaf caters to both adults and juniors (kids), with a range of masks designed specifically for each. The two standard sizes are Adults and Juniors. There is a difference of 1 cm between the two in width and height. Please refer to size guide.
Q2. Can adults wear the junior size masks?
There is a 1 cm difference in height and width between the Adults and Junior size masks. People with a slim face type can wear the Junior size but as each face type is different, Jessica Graaf cannot guarantee which might fit each individual better.
Q3. Can the ear loops be adjusted and is there a nose bridge?
Yes, Jessica Graaf masks come with adjustable ear loops and nose bridge which can mould to your nose shape to provide the best fit.
Usage & Washing
Q1. Are these reusable masks?
Yes, these are reusable masks that are washable up to 40 times. The maximum wearing period is up to 4 hours between each wash.

The masks are washable up to 40 times and should be washed before each use. The maximum wearing period is 4 hours between each wash.
Q3. What are the care instructions?
The masks need to be washed at 30°C OR 86°F with detergent.
Do not:
- Bleach
- Tumble Dry
- Dry Clean
- Iron
Diamante Masks:
- Warm Hand Wash Only with Detergent
- Don't Machine Wash or Tumble Dry
Please be aware after wearing and handwashing stones will come loose. This is the nature of the product and is not considered a defect
Q4. Can I wash me the mask at 60°C?
No, the mask must be washed at 30°C to prevent shrinkage. If you wash the mask at a higher temperature, Jessica Graaf cannot be held liable for any damage or shrinkage that might occur during the wash.

Q1. Where can I purchase these masks?
They are also available in retail outlets across Ireland, including Supervalu, Centra, All Care Pharmacies, Life Pharmacies, as well as boutiques such as Shaws and Carraig Donn.
Q2. Can I order them online for self-pickup?
It's closed due to current lockdown restrictions
Q3. What are the payment methods available?
You may pay using Visa, MasterCard credit/debit cards, Maestro cards and PayPal. Your credit/debit card payment will be made through a secure payment portal operated by Shopify.
Q4. Can I pay in my preferred currency?
While our website shows prices in both Euros (€) and Pound Sterling (£), at we only accept payments in Euros (€) the moment. Your currency will automatically convert as per the Euro rate at the time of purchase.

Q1. What are the shipping charges?
Ireland
Shipping is free for orders worth €25 or more for facemasks and/or snoods, and below €25 it is €2.70 as a shipping fee rate
UK
Shipping is free for orders worth €30 or more for facemasks and/or snoods, and below €35 it is €7 as a shipping fee rate
Europe
Shipping is free for orders worth €35 or more for facemasks and/or snoods, and below €35 it is €10 as a shipping fee rate
USA & other countries
Shipping is free for orders worth €35 or more for face-masks and/or snoods, and below €35, it is €10 as a shipping fee rate
Custom Duty Fees, will be applicable to countries outside Europe.
Q3. How many days does it take to receive my order?
Please note that we have updated our shipping policy in the light of the Covid-19 lockdown in Ireland. All our parcels are shipped from Dublin, Ireland. Due to high demand and health and safety measures, we now request our customers to wait for 3 to 5 business days for their order to be delivered. We post our orders via standard unregistered post through An Post, which is seeing a slight delay in its operations due to the lockdown.
We would request that you email us only for urgent enquiries.
Note: Our packages will never request you to pay Custom Charges, they are all shipped from Dublin, Ireland via Fastway Couriers.
Q4. What personal information will be visible on the package?
The recipient’s name, address, email id and order number will be the only information visible on the package.
Refund & Return Policy
Please note, for health and hygiene reasons we won't be able to offer any exchange or refunds for facemasks.

Retail Purchases: Please return the damaged item to the place of purchase in exchange for a refund or replacement.
This applies to any purchases made from Supervalu, Centra, Pharmacy Groups or Boutique Shops.
Q3. Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Orders sent out through our delivery partner don’t have a tracking code, but should reach you within
3 to 4 business days from the date you placed the order. If you have not received your order within the 7 working days, please
email us directly at info@jessicagraaf.com and we will be happy to further investigate.
